ingredients:
- 12 shrimps
- 50 g cottage cheese
- 70 g lettuce
- 480 ml water
- a little salt
dressing:
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon wasabi (Japanese horseradish)
- 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salad oil
step 1:
Hull shell and devein the shrimps. Wash them. Mix the 480 ml water and salt in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the shrimp and boil for 3 minutes on medium heat.
step 2:
Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, salad oil, and wasabi in a small bowl.
step 3:
Tear off the lettuce. Put the lettuce, boiled shrimps and cottage cheese in a shallow serving bowl. Pour the dressing over it.

This dressing has the pungent taste of wasabi. It is very suitable with other dishes, too, such as meat or fish.
