I remember trying to make sushi, wraping the nori around the rice, and trying to roll it. It came out very badly. Now I see sushi made in every supermarket wherever I go. There is often a Japanese person rolling the sushi right there as I watch. They do it so simply. So now as I read your recipe I know I can now cook Japanese style, only your recipes are so easy to follow. Thank you for your wonderful web site.
