Matcha Cornet is a cone-shaped bread filled with matcha custard cream. It is made by wrapping bread dough around hollow cone-shaped molds, which are then baked. After cooling, the molds are removed and matcha custard cream is added. The combination of creamy matcha custard cream and soft dough is very good and is delicious.
