seared spinach & sardines with soy sauce

ingredients:

  • 7 ounces fresh spinach
  • 3 ounces sardine (canned in oil)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

step 1:

Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 2 in. wide pieces.

step 2:

Heat a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the sardines. Add the spinach and sear on medium heat.

step 3:

When the spinach becomes soft, add the soy sauce.
