ingredients:
- 10 1/2 ounces broccoli
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
step 1:
Cut the broccoli (including stems, if desired) into pieces.
step 2:
Fill a medium-size pan with water. Bring to a boil and add the broccoli. Boil for about 8 minutes. Remove from the pan and drain the broccoli.
step 3:
Mix the soy sauce and vinegar in a bowl. Add the broccoli and mix.

This is a very lightly seasoned dish. The dressing is delicious and suits the broccoli stems well too.
