fried rice & chicken with ketchup

ingredients:

  • 7 ounces boneless chicken
  • breast
  • 4 ounces onion
  • 1 ounce canned green peas
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 servings cold steamed rice
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper

step 1:

Chop the onion and cut the chicken into bite-size pieces (1 in. × 1 in.).

Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the chicken. After it changes color, add the chopped onions and sear again for 2 minutes.
