- 5 ounces ground chicken
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 servings steamed rice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, then peel. Remove the pit. Cut each half into 1/2 in. wide slices.

Add the ground chicken, soy sauce and sugar to a pan and stir over medium heat a couple of minutes.

Serve the ground chicken and avocado over the steamed rice.
