deep-fried breaded oysters

ingredients:

  • 10 raw oysters
  • a little salt and pepper
  • 2 cups salad oil for deep frying
  • suitable amount Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 lemon wedges for garnish

batter:

  • 1/2 ounce flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ounce bread crumbs

tartar sauce (optional):

  • 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 1/3 ounces pickles
  • 1/3 ounce parsley
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice

step 1:

Wash the oysters and wipe dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
