seared beef & spinach with soy sauce

ingredients:

  • 200 g thinly sliced beef (veal)
  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:

Cut the beef into bite-size pieces. Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 5 cm. wide pieces.

step 2:

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the beef. After the beef changes color, add the spinach and sear on medium heat.

step 3:

When the spinach becomes soft, add the salt, pepper and soy sauce.

This dish is very simple. The spinach becomes very soft and suits beef well.
