rousong chicken & boiled egg bowl

ingredients:

step 1:

Add the ground chicken, soy sauce and sugar to a pan and stir over medium heat a couple of minutes.

step 2:

Cut the eggs into half lengthwise. Shred the lettuce.

step 3:

Place the lettuce, ground chicken and eggs over the steamed rice and serve.

comment:

This dish is low calorie instead of volume. The combination of the ground chicken, seasoned boiled egg, lettuce and steamed rice is very delicious.
