ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1/4 onion
- 3 deep–fried breaded prawns
- 1 serving steamed rice
- 40 ml bonito soup stock
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
step 1:
Slice the onion very thinly.
step 2:
Boil the bonito soup stock, sugar, soy sauce and onion in a small frying pan for 3 minutes on medium heat.
step 3:
Add the fried prawns and boil about 1 minute.
step 4:
Beat the egg and add to the small frying pan. Cook until the eggs are your favorite consistency.
Serve over the steamed rice.
