tofu & cream cheese canapé

ingredients:

  • 1/4 block of tofu
  • 40 g cream cheese
  • 400 ml water
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 4 crackers
  • something green (e.g., parsley, basil)

step 1:

Put the 400 ml of water and the tofu in a pan. Boil for 7 minutes. Drain the tofu in a colander and let it cool.

step 2:

Mash the tofu with a spoon or a rubber spatula. Add the cream cheese, salt and pepper, and mix.

step 3:

Place a suitable amount of the mixture (Step 2) on each cracker. Decorate with something green.
