- 100 g yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1/2 tablespoon soybean flour
- (kinako)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
step 1:
Place the matcha (green tea) powder, soybean flour and sugar in a small bowl. Mix them.
step 2:
Put the yogurt into a serving bowl.
step 3:
Place the matcha powder mixture (Step 1) over it.
