ingredients:
- 1/2 block of tofu
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 green pepper
- 30 g shredded mozzarella
- cheese
- 4 tablespoons pizza sauce
step 1:
Wrap the tofu in a paper towel. Heat in a microwave oven for 2 minutes to remove the water. Cut the tofu into 8 bite-size pieces. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
step 2:
Cut the bacon slices into 8 equal portions. Remove seeds from the green pepper and slice into 0.5 cm wide pieces.
step 3:
Spread the pizza sauce, Parmesan cheese, green pepper(s) and bacon.
step 4:
Spread wax paper in a cake pan. Put the tofu on the wax paper. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes.

Because tofu is used instead of pizza dough, this dish is very healthy. The balance of simple tofu and rich cheese and bacon is very good.
