
ingredients:
- 1 tomato
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried wakame
- 1 cup water for soaking dried wakame
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- a little soy sauce
- a little salt

step 1:
Pour the water into a bowl and soak the wakame for 5 to 20 minutes until desired softness. Drain. If using whole type wakame, cut into 1/4 in. pieces.

step 2:
Squeeze the water from the wakame with your hands.

step 3:
Cut the tomato into 8 sectors.

step 4:
Put the tomato and wakame in a bowl.

step 5:
Add the ginger, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and salt. Mix them.
