- 1 red or yellow bell pepper
- 2 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons vinegar

step 1:
Cut the pepper in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.

Mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and olive oil in a container or a bowl.

step 3:
Add the sliced pepper to the mixture (Step 2) and mix. Then put in the refrigerator for 2 days.

This dish has just the right acidity and you can eat a lot. The longer you refrigerate it, the seasoning soaks into the pepper and the pepper becomes more delicious.
