
ingredients:
- 7 ounces pork
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 tablespoon salad oil
sauce:
- 2 tablespoons miso
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoons sake

step 1:
Cut the pork into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion into 1/2 in. wide pieces.

step 2:
Mix the miso, sugar and sake in a dish.

step 3:
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and onion. Saute for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring. Add the sauce. Saute for 1 more minute.

Miso suits pork and onions very well. Because sugar is added, this dish is not salty at all.
