
ingredients:
- 6 ounces mashed sweetened
- red bean paste (anko)
- 2 bread rolls
- 3 ounces whipped cream

step 1:
Slice each bread roll so that it opens part way to a 90° degree angle.

step 2:
Place the mashed sweetened red beans (anko) and whipped cream in each roll.

comment:
Sweet bread is not uncommon in Japan. This combination of bread, anko and whipped cream has a wonderful taste.
