

step 1:
Cut the tofu in half.

step 2:
Wrap each tofu half in a paper towel. Heat in a microwave oven for 2 minutes to remove the water.

step 3:
Wipe the shiitake mushrooms with a wet paper towel. Cut off the stems and cut the caps into 4 pieces.

step 4:
Wrap the tofu, the shiitake mushrooms and the butter in aluminium foil.

step 5:
Put the wrapped tofu in a frying pan and cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and place on a serving plate.

step 6:
Pour a suitable amount of soy sauce and lemon juice over everything.

comment:
The butter soaks into the tofu and shiitake mushrooms and makes this a very delicious dish. The lemon adds a nice accent.
