- noodles (udon)
- 2 servings cooked curry
- 60 g shredded mozzarella

Cut the cooked thick white noodles into 5 cm. lengths. Preheat the oven to 250 °C.
step 2:
Place the cooked thick white noodles in a fireproof dish. Place the cooked curry over them. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. Bake in the oven at 250 °C for 12 minutes.
