

ingredients:
- 200 g thinly sliced beef
- 1/2 onion
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon salad oil

Cut the beef into bite-size pieces. Slice the onion into 1 cm. wide pieces.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over a medium flame and sear the beef and onion for about 3 minutes, sometimes stirring.
