
ingredients:
- 3 g dried wakame
- 4 okras
- 6 g sliced ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- a little salt
- a little soy sauce
- 480 ml water

step 1:
Pour 240 ml of the water into a bowl and soak the wakame for 5 to 20 minutes until desired softness. Drain. If using whole type wakame, cut into 0.5 cm. pieces.

step 2:
Squeeze the water from the wakame with your hands.

step 3:
Put the okras on a cutting board. Sprinkle a little salt over them. Roll them several times with your hands.

step 4:
Mix the remaining 240 ml of water and a little salt in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the okras and boil for a few minutes on medium heat.

step 5:
After boiling, drain the okras, and immediately immerse in cold water. Slice them.

step 6:
Mix the vinegar, sugar, salt and soy sauce in a bowl.

step 7:
Add the wakame, okras and sliced ginger. Mix.
