seared long green onions with chicken

ingredients:

step 1:

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Slice the long green onions (green part) diagonally into 2 in. pieces.

step 2:

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

step 3:

Add the long green onions (green part) and sear for about 1 minute on medium heat. Add the soy sauce and salt. Stir. Remove from heat.

The green part of long green onions has a clear mucus, called nuru, which activates the immune system and prevents flu, pneumonia and cancer.
