seared rice with ground meat & demi-glace sauce

ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 ounces ground pork
  • or beef
  • 3 ounces onion
  • 1 ounce boiled green peas
  • 2 servings steamed rice
  • 3 1/2ounces demi-glace sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper

step 1:

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the ground meat and onion. Cook until the meat changes color and the chopped onions become clear.

step 2:

Add the rice, green peas and mix. Cook for 3 minutes.

step 3:

Add the demi-glace sauce, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce, and stir for 3 minutes.
