kishimen, chicken & onion with alfredo sauce

ingredients:

  • 19 ounces cooked kishimen
  • 7 ounces boneless chicken
  • breast
  • 3 ounces onion
  • 6 ounces Alfredo sauce
  • a litle salt
  • a litle pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • suitable amount of grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

step 1:

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.

step 2:

Peel the onion and cut each half into 1/2 in. wide slices.

step 3:

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sear the chicken. After the chicken changes color, add the onion.

step 4:

Saute for about 3 minutes and sometimes stir. Add the Alfredo sauce and stir. Simmer for a couple of minutes.

step 5:

Add the cooked kishimen, salt and pepper and stir. Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.

Serve in a dish. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top, if desired.
