sauteed chicken & avocado with soy sauce

ingredients:

  • 7 ounces boneless chicken thigh
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 5 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon salad oil
  • a little salt

step 1:

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the pit. Then peel each half. Cut each half into 1/2 in. wide slices.

step 2:

Heat the salad oil in a pan and sear the chicken for about 4 minutes on medium heat.

step 3:

Add the avocado slices and sear them for about 4 minutes on medium heat.

step 4:

Add the soy sauce and sear for one more minute.

This dish is very easy. Just cut the ingredients, sear and add soy sauce. Avocado becomes very soft, and it suits chicken well and is very delicious.
