rousong chicken & ginger bowl

ingredients:

  • 5 ounces ground chicken
  • 1 ounce ginger
  • 2 servings steamed rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:

Peel and cut the ginger into julienne slices.

step 2:

Place the salad oil in a pan and add the ginger. Stir on low heat one minute.

step 3:

Add the ground chicken, soy sauce and sugar and stir over medium heat a couple of minutes.

step 4:

Place the ground chicken mixture over the steamed rice and serve.

The combination of sweetened soy sauce flavored ground chicken and shredded ginger goes well with rice.
