ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 ounces sardines
  • (canned with soy sauce)
  • 1/4 onion
  • 3 1/2 ounces canned tomatoes
  • 1 ounce shredded mozzarella
  • cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:

Slice the onion thinly.

Add the olive oil to a frying pan. Add the onion and sear for 1 minute.

Add the sardines and canned tomatoes. Mix and cook for3 minutes.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over them and cover. Cook for 1 minute.
