shrimp & japanese radish bites

ingredients:

  • 4 shrimps
  • 1 ounce Japanese radish
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper

step 1:

Hull shell and devein shrimps. Boil the water in a pan. Add salt and the shrimps. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain the shrimps in a colander and let them cool.

step 2:

Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce and pepper. Add the shrimps and mix.

step 3:

Slice the Japanese radish very thinly. Cut into quarters.

step 4:

Place one shrimp on each quarter. Insert a stick.
