seared chicken with hijiki

ingredients:

  • 200 g boneless chicken thigh
  • 5 g dried hijiki
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 240 ml water for soaking hijiki
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

step 1:

Soak the dried hijiki in the 240 ml of water in a bowl for 15 minutes and drain.
