chicken saute with soy sauce

ingredients:

  • 340 g boneless chicken thigh
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:

Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.

step 2:

Heat the salad oil in a pan and sear the chicken for about 8 minutes on medium heat.

step 3:

Add the soy sauce and sear for one more minute.
