scrambled eggs with beef & spinach

ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g thinly sliced beef
  • 60 g fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salad oil

step 1:

Cut the beef into bite-size pieces. Cut off the stems of the spinach and cut into about 3 cm. wide pieces.

step 2:

Beat the eggs, and mix with the soy sauce in a bowl.

step 3:

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan. Add the beef and spinach. Stir over medium heat a couple of minutes.

step 4:

Add the egg mixture. Stir-fry until done.
