chickpeas & hijiki salad

ingredients:

  • 100 g boiled chickpeas
  • 5 g dried hijiki
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • suitable amount lemon juice
  • a little salt
  • a little pepper
  • 480 ml water for soaking

step 1:

Soak the dried hijiki in the water in a bowl for 30 minutes. Remove and drain. Squeeze out any excess water with your hands.

step 2:

Place in another bowl and add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

step 3:

Add the chickpeas and hijiki. Mix everything together.
